Had my car serviced last month. Sent an email to the general email while my car was still there about the unsatisfactory customer service; no response. I received a text from the service manager telling me to email him directly if I had an unsatisfactory experience. I sent a lengthy email directly to him; no response. Worst service department EVER. Don’t buy a car here unless you can get it serviced somewhere else. They’ve had my car for six days. They can’t find the problem. If that is so then just return my calls or answer your phone so I can pick it up. I literally sat on hold for 41 minutes today. They continually put me back on hold. No one ever checked in with me and mean while Josh claims no one told him I was on the line. Fine, doesn’t anyone check in on these holding customers. Someone must have lit a fire under the service team fannies. They were friendly and nice and it did not seem to be in total chaos yesterday. will check them out again soon.
I was satisfied the way Martin Gonzalez kept me updated with the work that needed to be done and the time needed to complete the work. He was courteous and professional.
They have a great waiting area.
They did an oil change , free inspection , and tire rotation the next day my car ran like crap , wouldn’t start they refused to take responsibility , or fix their errors , was perfectly fine b4 they did the oil change and inspection , also tried to tell me I needed a service I didn’t , if you a senior or female don’t go there they will rip you off ,
