I always enjoy the people there but nothing ever is what they present it to be . Sad because if they focused on that , they would be a killer top notch dealership !

I was very happy with Trinidad, my service writer. I was a disgruntled customer from a previous visit, and he made sure I was taken care of. He did exactly what he said he would do. I appreciate that!
Poor follow up and follow through led to poor communication with insurance company. Repairs took a month. Crazy!!! And the car was very dirty when I picked it up. Waiting area was old and dirty. Seems ownership is cutting corners. I’d never go back.

I feel that this location on 104th could most defiantly improve with their costumer service. I have been to a few locations and I have not ever been treated so poorly. I was highly disappointed to see that the services I needed didn't matter and all that the services express team just wanted to take advantage of me. I will not ever return to this location nor refer anyone there ever.
