I worked with service advisor Kyle on a tricky task of cutting and reprogramming lost key/fobs. The vehicle had to be towed into the dealership. From start to finish Kyle handled it like the professional he is. dealing with Fleet response claim etc. I couldn't have been more pleased with the promt polite service that I received.
Great experience and took carw my needs. They even called me lyft to drop me at work with no cost. 100% recommended
My Nissan Juke needed a new transmission and the experience was positive- if one can say that when replacing a transmission. Yvonne was my liaison and was polite and informative throughout the process. I trust them explicitly for all my vehicle’s repairs.
