Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. I've had several issues with my vehicle and they even wrecked my vehicle while it was in for repairs and then tried to deny it. This company doesn't care about the customer after money is handed over. Talked to customer relations and was told to find another dealer to handle warranty work on the brand new vehicle. I recommended a friend to buy a Nissan because my experience was great at Larry h Miller Nissan highlands ranch, unfortunately he and his wife had an awful experience with the sales manager , the service manager and the service techs, if your a pacifist and let people walk all over you then this is the perfect dealership for you, however if you pay for a new car and stuff is failing on it all the time , and you expect them to honor it, well drive the extra 12 miles to highlands ranch, these people at 104th are the worst

The staff is very friendly and professional. The service department was clean and well organized and my wait time was minimal.
Took my car in for routine service. They were ready for me when I arrived and I was out the door in about 30 minutes. Did the checks on my vehicle and explained what they had looked at. All was fine. Great place to have your Nissan worked on, whether you bought it there or somewhere else, whether or not your service is regular maintenance according to manufacturer’s recommendations or related to a recall. They previously serviced my Xterra and my Juke and I have no reservations about having my Rogue serviced there now. Good people and great customer service including rental cars when necessary!

Went to dealership to test drive a Rouge. Loved the vehicle and the salesman was really nice. We just couldn’t get a car that had all the items I liked on it. When I left I forgot to redeem my gift card for the test drive. So I emailed and called and called several times and they refuse to honor it! They won’t call me back, they won’t answer me at all! How disrespectful and rude! I gave you my time! The least you can do is honor your part and give me the gift card promised!
