WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. A sales rep had the nerve to turn away me & my husband saying “no offense but all mexicans come in here looking for used cars, just go look online.” Racism at its finest. Put a complaint with the manager, & he was very understanding of the situation. Hope that man gets his ass fired.
As far as buying a car yes but not service
Service department is friendly but very slow and over booked!
Great and very professional service..
Poor customer service. Took 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged, both when dropping off and picking up my vehicle. When I was called that my vehicle was done, it took almost an hour to pick it up because the paperwork hadn’t been completed so I had to wait for them to do the paperwork before I could leave with my vehicle.
