I've been going to AutoNation 104 for several years now for service on my 2012 Murano. Carrie Clark, Service Advisor, greets me most of the time (I've teased that she must live there). In my experience, she and the dealership have consistently provided exceptional service. They have gone the extra mile, have accommodated me when I'm without my vehicle, and have returned my car when promised, without the need for follow up visits. 104 is my go-to dealership!
My sister made a service appointment weeks in advance. When she showed up for the appointment, she was told they were to busy and take her. I WILL REMBER THIS WHEN I START LOOKING FOR A CAR. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
My service appointment was made on Mon. May 23rd for Thurs. May 26th at 2:30pm. When making the appointment the gentleman on the phone sounded inexperienced. He answered with no greeting at all, I had to say hello to him, then he said Oh what can I do for you? Upon arriving in the service bay area on the day of my appointment, I was asked if I had an appointment. I answered I did at 2:30 and gave my name and information to the service advisor. This place is a joke I recently bought a car from here came to have the oil change scheduled and driving through the lot a service tech crashed a customers car into me the manager on site Zach then told me his boss jermiah Carey said I had no business on the property they got my info saying they would call to get my car fixed.... I purchased a vehicle 2 year's ago from auto nation Nissan 104th WORST experience ever on top of being sold a lemon they promised to fix my car what they did was hold the vehicle for 3 weeks never fixed what they promised and I couldn't do anything about it because they give you 14 days to return it but they new what they were doing! !! I would never recommend this dealer to anything! !! finally got rid of it purchased a brand new car from Larry miller 104th best experience ever. ........
