Was an easy process Ian was great got me more for my trade and was knowledgeable about my purchase. But autonation could use a better refreshment selection. I would recommend Ian or them for a car purchase.
I took my Rogue in for an oil change. They were quick and nice in the service Department. Looked everything over, car is great. Was satisfied with my service.
Went in for a Vin inspection today, the service was great & employees were very friendly.
Bought a Pathfinder from AutoNation Nissan. I really enjoyed working with Ian. He made the process simple, went above and beyond with service, and was honest about everything. I would absolutely work with him again and recommend him and AutoNation Nissan to friends and family.
Warning! Do not by or use the service department With auto nation! Or if you do you might learn the hard way like I did as well as other people I've talked to

I had an appointment for a "Check Engine Soon" light that came on, and my air conditioner was also not working, so While it was on the machine, they would check it all, This appointment was scheduled or 9-27-2016 at 9:30, they did give him a ride, to and from, which was great. We did tell them they could keep the car until at Least Friday 9-30-2016 as I needed the car on 10-3-2016. Took my Nissan Versa Note in for an oil change and look over. After a bit, the dude came and told me the air filter and cabin filter both needed to be replaced because they were really dirty. I told him to just leave them in and I'll replace them myself. When I got home I found my cabin filter slot was empty. After some research, I found out the car comes from the factory without a cabin filter and when I went to autozone they said my car doesn't have a cabin filter. Bought a car from them on June 16. They lied about the $2000 in hail damage it had, told me they would fix it, then changed their minds and now say they won't fix it. They also won't give me the title to the car, even though it is paid for. In nine days my temporary registration expires and autonation now suggests that I "find someone who will let me use their address in Denver" so that they can issue another temporary license. My guess is the car was stolen or illegally obtained. Do NOT purchase from here!!!!
