First class dealership My vehicle was picked up at my work place and was bought back the same day. My vehicle had been washed and it looked fantastic. This gesture on the part of the dealership is such excellent customer service, that I have never experienced elsewhere. Keep up the good work!

Trade_In I bought my original Ford Escape 2008, from here, great customer service and financing back then. Decided to look for a trade-in for a 2014 Ford Escape. Went in at 1pm was out by 3:30pm. Great service from Jimmy Reynolds in finding the SUV for me. Next was the finance manager James Brown most efficient and everything went smoothly. Could not have asked for a better team. I'm overjoyed at my experience and more than happy with my vehicle purchase. Thank You to Lafayette Ford!

A great place to shop, and had a great experience. I enjoyed the way Ms. Bunce worked with me and took her time to find me what I wanted. The finance manager also did a great job making sure I was comfortable with my payments.

Great service, motivated people, clean facilities, John Jernigan, advisor and Mike Mathews the technician, just an out standing job. The rear view mirror came un-glued so the parts guy had it sent from rocket parts and they put it on. Cant remember the parts man's name but thanks. Great service and friendly staff The people at Lafayette have always treated me very well. They have always been helpful with every Truck I have bought from them (3).
