Great Service Dept I always enjoy my interactions with the staff in both service & parts departments. Scheduling appointments is always quick and easy, and often I am able to get my vehicle in on the same or next day.

great experiance I told salesman (Kenneth Pintq) what I was looking for and he was very helpful without a lot of pressure for something else, as I found with other dealers.

car trade I was very pleased that the staff took the concerns I had about the car I was trading in seriously. I purchased the car from Lafayette in Dec 2013 but there was a rattling noise that the service dept could not find to repair. I decided to trade the car because of the noise and was able to get what I believe is a fair deal.

Repalcement of Brakes They were very very busy but still waited on me quickly with no waiting as soon as I walked in. I told them I was going to leave the vehicle so they quickly took my information and I left. I was called within 1 1/2hrs that my car was ready and when I went to pick up my car, the waiting room was still filled with customers but they quickly assisted me in paying for my repairs and told me the warranty on their work and knew right away where my paperwork and keys were.

Great service! You guys really were great! It took a while to get approved, but I was glad to get approved to be able to buy my husband a truck that he has been needing and wanting. The sales person and finance person were very patient at getting us financed. At the same time they people of Layfette Ford were patient with me and my three children.
