Great salesman Timely and friendly atmosphere. Our saleman, Mr. Ken Pearce,. was very helpful, patient and courteous. He followed up with phone calls and kept us completely informed until all service was completed. He wanted to insure we were completely satisfied.

Maintenance on my vehicle I like that they were friendly and fixed everything that needed to be fixed when requesting an appoinment there was no delay in response and they got me in when i needed the appointment! So awesome!

An Oil Change worth every cent Outstanding service. They do more during an oil change than the "Quick Lube" places and the extra services DON'T COST ANY MORE than the "Quick Lube" places. Lafayette Ford's Quick Lane changed my oil and filter, checked my tires, brakes, fluids and battery in the same amount of time I've spent at a Quick Lube site that only checked the fluids and vacuumed the front mats. I'd much rather know that my tires and brakes are good than to not have dirt in the front of the vehicle. I'll start carrying... read more

Awesome people and awesome dealership I went in with a budget in mind, I told them that, and they kept it in mind. We had Mark as a sales associate, he was super helpful and polite. We went in last night and they told us we were going to leave with a car. We left with a car. I will definitely recommend all of my friends and family to come here.

Great, focused service - very professional Actually, I am Pete - the husband and bread winner (my truck in the shop). I hit the Quick Lane where the did what was needed and set up an appointment for a power steering system leak. Outstanding on both counts. Very professional.
