out standing staff and service I would definitely say that one of the reasons that I would strongly recommend Lafayette Ford is that at no time did I ever feel like I was "pressured" to buy any vehicle. No to mention the fact that everyone of the staff was completely professional, when it is time to trade any Ford vehicle I will be coming back to Lafayette Ford.

Outstanding Service After three days of shopping around southeastern NC I finally found some professional folks. Easy Car Purchase I was greeted with a friendly welcome when entering the dealership. Keith assisted with finding the car to meet my needs and worked to help support my financial needs. Mustang Convertible I never felt rushed to make a decision. My salesman, TJ, and the finance person (Mr. Freeman I think was his name) were very professional and answered all my questions. I felt I was treated fairly.

Service My visit Saturday was wonderful all the way around. My car was taken back within 5 minutes of my arrival. I did not have to wait long for them to finish. The gentleman at the counter was so kind. I appreciate the way he explained everything that was done and what they found. I appreciated him taking the time and talking to me about my next visit. I am someone who plans ahead so this was especially nice.

Great service and clean facilities. Mr David Faire answered every question and was very knowledgeable about the two vehicles that we looked at. We will recommend him to all our friends and family. (We decided on the beautiful MKX).

Service department was very professional. Loretta was up front with me about the service I requested, and did not attempt to persuade me to get an additional service I felt I didn't need at the time. This made me feel like I would certainly return if I needed additional service.

Excellent customer service-extra clean facilities I have been bringing my truck here since 2002. It is always a pleasant experience with Michelle (svc rep) and Alan (mechanic) and other staff memebers. The work is always done in a timely manner and the work performed is always completed to high standards.
