Allen Barnes After searching for a truck in various dealerships, was well pleased with Lafayette Ford Lincoln for the second time. Bought 2 vehicles from them. Butch(my sales man) was glad to know he is of the same faith in Christ as I am. He did an outstanding job in taking care of my needs. Awesome Experience!! How quickly Kyle responded to us about all the options I wanted in a vehicle. How quickly the process went and how I didn't get the run around with price and didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of.

Great Customer Service is Not Dead!! Very professional and courteous staff. They didn't seem to be in such a rush to forget I was a valued customer. The courtesy ride home was just another extra bonus!! Will definately be back!!

Great Service Service was very quick. They told me at end of service that a lugnut was missing. Without question, they immediately replaced it without any additional charge. That is exceptional service by just mentioning it and even better by replacing it.

Great service I really appreciated that the car salesman was really trying to work with us and doing everything he can to please the customer. He knew a lot about the cars and answered every questions that we had without any hesitation. Great place to buy a car!

Wade White Had one vehicle serviced on Sat., 29 Mar 2014. On yesterday 2 Apr 14 had my other vehicle serviced in and out both days, especially on 2 Apr 14, called the Quick Lane about 1:30 pm got my Expedition serviced, back home at 3pm. Cnat beat that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very nice, knowledgable, and helpful staff at Quick Lane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

217,000 miles and going strong - love my Ford Not sure I would say I "liked" paying over $500 for the experience - however the service and interaction with all personnel was friendly, helpful and professional.
