Extremely friendly and helpful Everyone I was in contact with explained everything to me and didn't hesitate to answer any questions. No one spoke down to me. No one got frustrated with me. True, they wanted to sell me the Expedition, but they also wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. No pressure whatsoever.

Great Services Darren Dennis was our sales rep and was very helpful in getting us take care of. He has sold us two F150s in the last 3 years and is the reason me and my family will return to Lafayette Ford.

Great service They were very busy when I purchased my car but they always made sure to check on me and make sure I was doing okay(thirsty,etc). Every employee that walked by would ask me if I needed a water or coffee or a snack. I also liked that the team worked very hard to get me into my vehicle. As long as I am in the area I will go to and recommend people to Lafayette Ford.

Wonderful Buying Experience I liked how our salesman, Darren was very helpful. He was not pushy about just a sale but he made us feel at ease about buying a new vehicle. He even stayed after with us until we finished with finance department. He was super helpful afterwards and showed us how to sync and do quick basics of the car. I came back that following work day to get my vehicle cleaned and he was able to answer the rest of my questions. Purchased of 2013 C-MAX I expressed interest by researching a car, then the dealership contacted me via email. We set a time to look at cars and the salesman was in contact as much as, or as little as I thought was needed.
