Vehicle purchase - Raptor F-150 (CPO) No-pressure and no-hassle demo of the vehicle we were interested in. Followed by personal and quick (and no-financing pressure) during the purchase of the vehicle. Our sales guy--Tony--was awesome in both regards.

Robert F. Jangro No wait time. My car was immediately seen by a mechanic, diagnosed, and the necessary part ordered right away. I was told I would receive a call as soon as it arrives.

Excellent Customer Service The customer service is definitely excellent! Quick & Friendly! Upon arrival, I was seen quickly. Loretta, in service, was quick to write up my ticket (frayed seat belt), which required they place an order. Within a couple weeks, they had received the seat belt and arranged a time that was convenient for me. My car was serviced and cleaned within a couple hours. I was very pleased with the quality of work, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of the facility. I have already referred friends and family to LaFayette Ford Lincoln.

First Time Lincoln Owner Very courteous and listens to what the customer wants in a vehicle. Lincoln's Chrome and Leather combo's are on point. Lincoln has really stepped up their game on their vehicles.

Excellent Sales and Customer Service The sales people are very knowledgeable, and helpful. I went in to look at a particular vehicle, and by the time I had made it in, it had been sold. However, the sales person recognized this and instantly showed me a newer better version of the same vehicle.
