Quick, Easy, Frustration Free & Kept In-the-loop!! Michele was very easy to speak with about my service issues, took all my information down quickly and got me in-and-out fast. She kept me updated throughout the day as to the status of my car and what issues the dealership was facing. Upon my service being completed she called me right away and was able to answer all of my questions and explain what services were done to my car. Great Service/Clean Facility The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of questions that I had concerning my new vehicle. The service was very quick and I was told that if I had any problem with the vehicle to bring it back.

May car buying experience Had a great car buying experience with Lafayette Ford. No pressure sales, very knowledgeable about what I was looking for, and I also got a great price! This was my second car purchase from this dealer and I will always recommend them. Ask for Tony!!!

Great Service respect, listened to what needed to be done, job completed. Everything was done within an hour, Service Manager made sure everything was OK before I left.

Great Service by Friendly Employees Always done in a timely manner. Anthony that works in the fast lane is always a pleasure to see. He is normally the one that does the service when I go to the dealership and his friendliness doesn't go unnoticed.

Superb service and clean facilities Met all promises and expectations. I have been around the world and had to have my vehicles serviced, but none was as good as Lafayette Ford.

Most Recent Maintenance Service Visit The personnel were efficient, fast, and most of all courteous. The facility was warm. It was a cold day. Individual coffee brew cups were readily available. I didn't have to wait hours for the service to be completed. A news channel was on the TV.

Great service and Great people The Service Dept. is Top of the List, I am always treated wonderful the entire staff is very polite. My service advise is Loretta Davis and she always has a sweet smile and always takes very good care of me and my (4) cars and trucks. Thanks to her and I hope she stays there forever.
