Best customer service ever! My name is Greg Nix, I just moved to the Fayetteville area. I will be going to Lafayette Ford from now on! The service dept. was amazingly helpful. I dropped off my 2011 F-150 for an oil change and my 2012 5.0 Mustang for new tires and an oil change. Amazing service, very quick, and the gentlemen even helped me drive my two vehicles home!!! Customer service doesn't get much better!

Great Service Service Coordinator Michele is awsome. Drop off process is quick and things get done on time. When using loaner it has been same as my Lincoln, but since waiting room is comfortable and has WiFi access and TV rather stay there.

Great Service Kyle Sessoms called and left a message promptly after my online inquiry to many local dealers. He was the only salesperson out of about a half-dozen to reference the specific model truck I was interested in and directed me to your pre-owned inventory. He established a rapport during the vehicle test drive and I drove out with the truck I wanted. It was the most positive auto purchase experience I've ever had!

Service Department I was informed of all details of my vehicle as it was in repair. I had a great fighter in my corner, Michele Dunham. She was persistent to the warranty service (not Ford, but GM) to ensure all my repairs were covered. No problems noted since I picked up my truck. Thanks again!

Lafayette Ford-great place to buy a truck Luis Maymi was very courteous and helpful with the sales experience. The finance manager James Brown also did a great job explaining our financing and warranty options.

Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. Hands down, the most efficient, pleasing experience purchasing a vehicle ever.
