Today I took my Nissan Ultima in for several reasons. I knew it would take a couple of hours. The intake process was fast and the young lady was very professional. What really disappointed me was after sitting in the waiting area for approximately 2 1/2 hours I had to go and find the young man that was assigned to me to find out the progress of my vehicle. HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
We were on the way from Pensacola back to Savannah when we had problems with my Armada, luckily we limped into Kraft Nissan. We were greeted by Ryan and we explained our problems, he understood we were traveling and moved us up to the front. This was at 11:00 am, by 1:30 they identified the multiple problems. They started working in repairs at 2:00pm and we were on the road by 6:00 pm. Five again - as always. Who greets you with smile and jokes? The service guys. Quick service, needed a new cabin filter and they actually brought me a pic of the old one - wow! Check out guy? What a funny, happy guy. Love going there and wouldn't think of taking my Murano anywhere else.
