Slowest service department by far waited almost an hour longer than 2 hour promise for an oil change followed by over more than half just to pay.
INCREDIBLY disappointed by the service staff here. They put in a bad word with the regional Nissan and made it so that they will not goodwill my headlights, which will end up costing me about $3000 out of pocket for something that was entirely out of my control. Their reasoning? That I leased the car from a Nissan in south Florida rather than their store. Kraft Nissan and the Kraft brothers are crooks. When they realized I was not a "dumb female" and they couldn't sell me the BS they were telling me about my car, they got me out of there as fast as they could. I will not only ever go there for service again, I also will never recommend them to even my worst enemy.

I’ve leased my last 5 vehicles from the Kraft’s. They always give me a great deal & the sales staff are always go above and beyond. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Don’t do business with this place! Every time you have a warranty claim they make you call a 1-800 number. They don’t stay to their word. They also add fees to your service without you knowing. I found a $50 rag fee on my bill last time.
Their staff will stand outside the store and ignore you if you don't look rich. Plus they're paying licensing fees for the music on their commercial to a company that has funded riots and violence against white people.
Our 2009 Rogue broke down out on I-10 east of Tallahassee. The car was towed to Kraft Nissan to be evaluated. Roy was our service advisor and he had his technician inspect our car and offer solutions. Unfortunately for us the repair cost was more than the trade in allowance. That’s were EJ came in and helped us out. He found us a car that met our needs in the price range we were willing to pay. After all the paperwork was done we were proud owners of a 2017 Rogue.
