I did lot have an appointment on a Saturday for an oil change and they took me in anyway. Changed the oil and found out that my battery was failing and replaced it too. They did say this will take 1.5 hours but I waited 3 which was really long. I would have appreciated more communication about the time but will live with it since I was a walk-in and I appreciate the help more than the 1.5 hour extra disappointing wait.
My husband and I were looking to downsize my suv because I’m going to have to start commuting. Vinny was our salesmen. My husband had been there a couple of times but because of work I have not been able to make it up there. So I was finally able to go up there and look. Great place full of knowledge and very helpful
Blair and Seth were awesome at getting us in a vehicle! I highly recommend them! We were beginning to give up hope in finding a good dealership and not having to put a fortune down then decided to try kraft and Blair got us in with low down payment and good payments. Try them first before going anywhere else!!
