I found them to be a wonderful company to do business with.
Long wait times for their "express" service. I just hate that they say it'll take half an hour when I give them the keys, but I don't see my car pull around for an hour and 40 minutes... If it's gonna take that long, just tell me so I can prepare myself... Don't flat out lie, just be honest. Plus it's expensive. More expensive than Lake Nissan in Central Florida, where I purchased my new '14 Altima. Kraft Nissan is a JOKE! Bought a Z back in december to find out weeks later it need over 2k worth of service and parts to be 100% drivable. Lee Davis was completely RUDE! I went there today to look at an SUV and Lee Davis came up to me and told me he didn't care where I bought a car and was a complete smart ass to me. PLEASE ADVISE. Will not be buying a car from here and will spread the word.
This is the worst customer service I've ever received. I waited almost 2 hours to get a tire plugged. When I inquired about my vehicle, your service manager was rather rude and gave me an attitude about it. You don't have to worry about me ever returning or doing business at this dealership.
This is my 5th time having to bring my car over to Kraft Nissan in let me tell you it gets worse about the visit the service department manager is very rude . The turn over here is rediculous every time I come to someone working in the service department and service advisor when you finely get use to dealing with 1 person. I think Kraft needes to work on customer service here. Make me as a customer feel welcome in getting my car repair.
