RecommendedMy service technician, Jewel went above and beyond in her service, keeping me informed during the entire process-still got out in less time than I expected even after needing a new battery and cabin filter in addition to my oil chg/tire rotation! She even had the front of my car vacuumed out💜 She excels at her profession!

I had an amazing car buying experience but my husband and I have had terrible time with service. He arrived at 7:30 to get an oil change and tire rotation and was there for over 4 hours. I was there today with a 7:30 appointment with the same service needing to be done and didn’t leave until 10:30. People who came later than me without appointment left before me. I am so disappointed. My service rep Diamond was amazing. But otherwise I’m simply disappointed with service.

This place has gone downhill fast. I had a 5 star experience when I bought my vehicle from them, but since then they have been awful. Getting service is a pain. Don’t bother with an appointment, you’ll wait for hours either way. Not to mention the fact that they charged for service covered by a prepaid maintenance plan, and I had to fight like hell to get it refunded. They made the entire buying experience simple and easy!
My husband and I drove in today with a minor audio connection problem. We were greeted by Mr. Jacob Solomon who was so kind, patient and very professional. He listened to us and resolved our problem within minutes.
Disappointed and Discouraged that they have had my vehicle for 5 1/2 weeks and it's still not fixed! Will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership for service . Unfortunately, I broke down in Tallahassee (live in Albany, GA) and had to go there because of my Nissan. I feel like we just keep getting the runaround. Jeff Mclendon. Unprofessional!!! We have put in a complaint to Better Business Bureau!
