The single most infuriating two hours of my life! The service department is awful. And they tried to way overcharge me for a new vehicle purchase a few months ago. Avoid them at all costs and do your homework before you buy anything from there.

Looks like the Sales Manager does not return phone calls. We left a message for a return call as we want to file a complaint. I bet the Kraft family would like to know what there sales people say to their customers. We did leave a return phone number but you can always find our contact information in your records.
