The car’s are great but they have the WORST service department I’ve ever experienced.

3 hours with a schedule appointment for an oil change and tire rotation is simply ridiculous. Then to have my request to speak with someone requarding purchasing an extended warranty ignored, doesnt make someone want to continue to spend money at this dealership. Seriously felt like I didnt matter.
My daughter and I were driving home to Texas from Orlando. We developed a problem with the car A/C. Found Kraft Nissan, told them the problem, and even though they were busy, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in a pretty fair amount of time. I’m extremely happy with my service there and would recommend them to anyone.
