After reading online reviews from other customers, I chose to contact Joanne Virgilio at Koons Toyota in Westminster, MD. It was well worth the 3 hour drive (one way) to work with her and purchase from Koons. I’m so glad I contacted Joanne...she’s fantastic! The best car salesperson I’ve ever dealt with...she’s very professional, and easy to work with! She worked really hard to get me the car I wanted. And I’m also confident...purchasing my vehicle from Koons was the right move.
