drove a hour away to see two pretty owned Van's. asked before I came down if any dings dents or anything wrong with them. all was good ... negative. the one had been in two accidents and wasn't put back together right, the other had the front bumper falling off and also looked like it went through hell. salesman did a terrible job, didn't have a clue what I wanted or what I was coming for as he was just given me by the other salesman I was supposed to meet with who didn't convey any of these damages. in my opinion I would no... read more

We have never had someone go above and beyond their job to make sure a customer is treated like family and is getting the best deal around. We have been shopping around for a long time for the perfect car and dealt with many sales people, Joanne Virgilio is by far the absolute best that we have EVER experienced. Overall not a bad experience. I thought the financial associate Steve was extremely helpful and accommodating to me considering I really hate finance people lol. The used car associate Matt hands was always very courteous and respectful to my mother who I needed to bring with me to co-sign my loan. all in all I would definitely consider buying my next car from koons again.
