I've always had my car serviced at Hanover Toyota, but every time I was running into an issue with their service department. Luckily I called koons in Westminster, and had all my questions answered by Pam. She was wonderful with helping me, and she got me into service right away. The wait was not long at all which was great as well. Pam even showed me around which made my life a lot easier. Thanks again Pam and Koons for the great experience!
Had an amazing experience buying my New Toyota Corolla IM Alex and Regina the amazing job to help me trade my old car in for my new one they work tirelessly to make sure I got the best deal possible show me everything there is about my car and really work their magic I will definitely come back when I'm up for a new car or when my wife decides to get a car thank you so much for helping me with Alex in Regina keep up the good work definitely recommend them if you're looking to get into a new car

I could have not asked for a better experience Tyler Fulton was great to work with even when I change vehicles about 6 times would definitely use him and koons again! The only reason I have a 4 was the lack of detail they give to a new car detail... to be honest the "detail" the vehicle was extremely lacking there are still stickers all over the car tape on the outside and it had not been wiped down or vacuumed but that is not on the salesman! Thank you Tyler and Steve for getting me in my highlander!
