Just bought a new Toyota Tacoma at Koons. What a fantastic place to do business. We drove almost 200 miles to buy here instead of our state because of their great customer service. Josh Ageloff helped us from the first phone call of inquiry to the second we drove off the lot. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about his customers. He and Sales Manager Brooks made us an awesome deal! We will definitely be looking here first when we are in the market for another new vehicle.
Recently bought a used car from koons and the experience has been great. The car ended up not passing inspection in Pennsylvania but when I took it back to get fixed they were more than accommodating and the service was exceptional. Ron and Pam really made me feel like a valued customer.
