Excellent experience! Checked out Koons at the advice of a friend/co-worker, as well as multiple other Toyota dealerships. It was a little longer drive for me to purchase a car from Koons but excellent customer service and an excellent price on the vehicle I chose, made it an easy decision.

The service is great. I got in at the appointment time an out in 40 minutes.
I was looking for a specific Truck and Koons had it. Joanne Virgilio and Brooks Hoffman made that possible. Smoothest dealing I have ever had with a dealership, no pressure, no pushy sales. Happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
Went to have warranty work and also other work and the service was great from dropping my car off till I picked it up. Very friendly and great service.
Lazy, incompetent. Clear issue, say it’s not mold but can’t say what it is. Clearly from HVAC. Won’t check evaporator in dash to see if mold growing. Mold smell everyday, says they can’t smell anything and to bring it back when it does. Have treated issue before with a a/c hose flush 2x (it’s not clogged) so they know issue is there but refuse to check. Known class action lawsuits about this same issue. Horrible
Excellent Customer service but no pressure at all to buy.
