RecommendedWe bi-passed 5 Toyota dealerships to work with the folks at Westminster Toyota, and it was well worth the hour-long trip in the pouring rain. Jason Pandoli spent hours emailing me with various options and incentives to meet my needs. I was pretty high maintenance to say the least, and he didn't miss a beat. I felt respected and appreciated the entire time, and I felt like he bent over backwards to assist me. 5 stars is an understatement!

they're used car division is horrible to deal with. they really don't know what they're doing horrible customer service aren't even there for appointments on time. seems like every employee in there is there for his first day. go anywhere else for used car it'll be a better experience

My wife and I just bought a used Volkswagen from them! The process was easy! We test drove half a dozen vehicles and our sales rep Matt didn’t make us feel like a burden. After we left we noticed an issue. We took it back a few days later and they fixed the issue no questions or hassle! Pam in service was very polite and helpful! I highly recommend Koons in Westminster because the staff is very professional, honest and take into consideration your budget and transportation needs. I recently purchased a 2020 Sienna and got an amazing price. Keep in mind this is the second vehicle I purchase at this location since back in 2010 I purchased a Camry. Joanne and Steven from financing did an amazing job helping me and my wife get the best price and payment plan possible. Hands down the best car dealership in Carroll County.
