Service department gives me reliable information about my car.
I had the most amazing salesperson. Joanne worked very hard to find exactly the car I wanted. I had been dealing with quite a number of dealerships. No one could find the exact set of features that I wanted, at a competitive price and she even found my favorite color as well. Westminster was a long distance for me, but she made it worthwhile. The entire process was easy, everything was ready for me when I arrived. I am very happy with my new RAV4 Hybrid, a perfect fit for me.
I had my 2015 Prius serviced today. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had. Everyone worked together to get me checked in promptly despite the fact that I was late for my appointment. They thoroughly checked my vehicle and prepped it for a cross country trip. I had a lovely conversation with 86 year old Mr. Kreider (I hope that I have his name right) who was manning the grill at the cookout being held for the dealership! I had a fantastic experience at this dealership with JoAnne. She was thorough and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and negotiating a great deal. I purchased a RAV4 hybrid here- the selection of colors, packages, etc was the best I’ve seen. It was a great time and I felt like I was really taken care of.
Four scheduled appointments cancelled after taking time off work to have a simple job like headlights properly aligned (which Koons said was done during inspection and wasn’t) and still has not been done after a year. I gave up on that. Now a scheduled appointment for service that Koons call me to set up was again canceled, as my wife was standing at the counter, because they were out of oil. Even after I went and got the oil and filter, they still canceled. I will never go back there again! The reviews posted must be a lie ... read more
