Shout out to Koons Toyota. While servicing my vehicle over the weekend, I needed to run birthday errand on a time crunch. Noelle and the service staff provided a ride for me and my 3yo son. When we returned our vehicle was ready! Awesome experience with great customer service!!!!!!

I absolutely love my car and want to thank Regina and Eugene for everything they did for me. They helped me and did everything they could to get me in to the car I wanted and the payments to where I needed them to be.
Purchased a used car which was a smooth process, had couple things that needed repaired and took it it to service. Dan was very helpful throughout service apt with ability to text and the offer a free shuttle to anywhere you want to go. The have a nice lounge and kids room. Our whole experience as Koons Westminster was superb. Extended test drive, applications and financing, and signing all done within 2 hours. No hassling/ harassment once I expressed interest in the vehicle and we were free to come as we pleased. Roberto and Regina were excellent. next vehicle purchase (hopefully not for a while) will definitely be at Koons!
