Many thanks to Pam and the team at Koons Westminster Toyota for helping me with changing the headlight bulbs on my 2007 Prius. It was a lot more involved than I could do on my own. How lovely to be able to walk into your service center and receive such great customer service! It certainly made my drive home to Chapel Hill, NC yesterday so much easier with two working headlights and a great experience to close out my visit to Westminster for McDaniel College's 150th Anniversary and Senior Day. Awesome service yesterday. I called in the morning to make an appointment for 3:30 pm, luckily they had an availability. I got there 10 minutes early and they took the car in. Cory was great! He said maybe an additional 15 minutes for the 60,000 miles service but it was done sooner than he said so I had time to do other things.
Just bought a 2017 Tacoma Sport from Koons. The whole process was smooth. Interacted with Heather who was great in getting back to me quickly with all my queries. They were very transparent in terms of their pricing and what they can offer and no haggling for an excellent price. The whole staff was excellent and courteous. A testament to my satisfaction with them is that I drove 3 hours to purchase the truck from them. I had a great experience on Thursday, 8/31, buying a Barcelona Red RAV4 with black interior. Nigel was especially helpful arranging the sale details. Mary Ann was patient when I had trouble deciding on the color I wanted. She gave good advice drawing from her experiences and knowledge. I took a short trip on the weekend and appreciated how the car handled and the safety features. I think the red was the best choice for me!
The worst service department ever. And the worst Toyota dealership ever. Installed our oil filter incorrectly and all the oil ran out of our RAV4 it was only 2011 with 80000 Mi ruin the engine needless to say it's been 9 months and still have not received any action from them just a bunch of BS and run around going to the Maryland attorney general the Better Business Bureau and Toyota corporate now after I slam them in public
