They worked their butts to get me a good price on a new rav4 i wanted
I have never experienced such an easy car purchase. Our sales person, Heather, did an excellent job, was extremely congenial and answered all of our questions. Jeff, in finance was also well prepared and experienced. We were in and out in practically no time - even during their big Fourth of July Sale when it was crowded. Thank you all so much for an enjoyable experience. We love the car and we'll definitely be back!!
Eugene Bush was accommodating and very helpful! He gracefully dealt with my indecisiveness. I went in there with not a clue as to what color, interior of pkg I was interested in. He walked me through all the features and color options. He sold me on the Rav 4! Once decided, it was a scramble to locate exactly what I wanted, as they had been busy this month. He found it at another dealer and drove it over that day! The best customer service I had experienced at a dealership.

Tony and Jay from Koons Westminster were extremely great to work with. Both took their time with me and were very helpful helping me find the right car for me. I originally purchased a Jeep Cherokee but realized after a few days it was not the right fit for me. Because of the 7 day exchange policy I was able to return the Jeep and I purchased a Lexus IS250 instead. I'm so happy I did. I love my new car! Thanks to everyone for such great service. Our experience at Koons was probably the best we have ever had while shopping for a new car. Our salesman Eugene, was very helpful in every way when we told him exactly what we were looking for; didn't try to sell us anymore than we needed in a car. We chose the 2017 RAV4, and could not be happier. From entering the dealership to sales to finance everything was straightforward, and pretty fast before we were out the door with our new car.
