I took my car in for regular service. My car was taken right away. Noelle was my service advisor. I told her my concerns, which she noted on the order. She informed me of what was provided beyond that. My car was finished in 40 minutes. I was very pleased with the efficiency, care and speed
Brooks and I go way back to high school days and he was a great guy then and is a stellar salesman now! In my mind he did everything possible to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, a new tundra, and made the process as easy as possible. Anyone looking for a new Toyota, STOP IN AND ASK FOR BROOKS! You won't be disappointed!
I've bought several cars here over the years, and always have felt treated fairly and respectfully (for a dealership, mind you).
Disappointed as I took my Tacoma there for appraisal (which I purchased FROM them 3 months prior), and the gentleman I made the appointment didn't come greet me himself or even discuss it with me, but rather with sent someone out with a figure considerably less than the NADA value.
We had a wonderful experience at Koons Westminster when buying our new 4runner. Damien was our sales guy and he was wonderful! He wasn't pushy, he answered all of our questions, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He did his best to get us a great deal and we couldn't be happier! I would recommend Damien to all my friends and family when they are looking for their next Toyota!
