As always the service dept. goes above and beyond the call. I recently went in to have 1 tire replaced, and was told it would take 30 minutes. After an hour Bob Stoll asked Todd why I was still waiting. When Todd explained they had run into a unexpected problem Bob had Todd get me a Camry so I could get back to work. All without me saying or asking for a thing. Bob and Todd have always been on top of things there. I still recommend Koons when Toyota comes up in a conversation.
