I'm extremely satisfied anytime I visit Koons Toyota of Westminster. Their customer care and service time is A++ . Even though I live far from there I will always be there.
The staff here were fantastic. Ryan was very helpful in finding me a car that not only was what I was looking for, but he was also helpful in getting it within my budget that I gave him. Very straight forward and painless first car buying experience. Nothing unexpected and was as stress free as car buying could be. I would definitely come back and recommend this dealership to anyone.
The building is modern and quiet. My salesman was friendly and competent. I was surprised that the finance guy was normal - not some no personality nerd. The priced was better than I had expected. It's still not fun, but buying a car wasn't an ordeal, thanks to Koons.
Special thanks to Ronnie, Jason, Matt and everyone else in the used car department for a painless transaction.

We came to Koons Toyota on Friday with a very specific vehicle in mind. They had the Tacoma we were looking for. The people are amazing and we had an amazing experience with everyone we came in contact with. Very friendly people!!!!!!!
