The work done on my 2011 Rav-4 is always done fast. The price is a little more than I'd pay a independant shop but I can always count on Koons Toyota to do the work right without problems.
I had an excellent experience at Koons. Chris was a great salesperson and made sure i was getting what I wanted. He took the extra time to make sure I was happy and it was a very smooth process purchasing my 2016 Toyota Tacoma! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota!

I have always been happy with their service.Todd normally is in charge of my appts. and my concerns.
