Salesperson became very defensive when we disagreed with the trade in. Asked to take worksheet of deal with us. Salesman accused us of "playing" him. Went to another dealer who gave us a better deal, got what we wanted for a trade-in on a nicer truck. Oh, the 125% Kelly Book promo they have going ... All I know they offered $1000+ less than Kelly Book on our truck trade-in. Guess their math skills are lacking too!
