the only improvement i can think of is if the service department served donuts in the morning and cookies in the afternoon, but I really need to stay away from that junk. thanks for the delicious fresh brewed cofee and Bridgett Riley who WOWED me.
Everything from the salesman (Brooks) to the sales manager was more than I could have asked for and love the truck.

Had a great buying experience at THIS Koons dealership. Drove 2 hours from southern Maryland to purchase a '16 silver Tundra Limited from Brooks Hoffman (with some assistance from Damien). Brooks went the extra mile to make sure my truck is exactly the way I wanted it to be. The staff treats you the way you should be treated at dealerships. Will buy from them again in the future.
