This place is wonderful. The service reminders help me keep me on track with maintenance. While I wait there are always pastries and coffee. The koons kids room makes it easier to wait when my daughter tags along. Most importantly they always take great care of my car. I'm so glad that I purchased and service my car here.
They told me they could meet my price and drive the hour and they would have paper work done. When I arrived they had the paper work ready except they change the conditions and told me I could not have the price they said I could have. I think they do try to trick people that are not paying attention by adding thousands to the price by making the payments the same but add a year or more to the contract and rip people off. We love the Highlander. But we're not happy at all that they can't figure out why the texts to the smartphone don't come thru the truck. Just took it in AGAIN tonite. They can't figure it out. They told us just to go home because MAYBE the truck has to be going a certain speed for it to work. Nope!
My family just purchased our second vehicle from Koons. The staff were all patient, knowledgable, friendly, hospitable and kind. Never once did we feel rushed or ignored. We are a Koons family for life.
Terrific experience! They took care of me very quickly and even shuttled me to the mall while I waited for my car. The waiting lounge was so nice I really didnt need to go to the mall but 'tis the season. Thanks Koons, I would love a job there!!
