TWO HOURS for an OIL CHANGE is totally unacceptable. No apology offered. When I asked if there had been a problem, serv advisor just mumbled something about being 'backed up'. Four other gentlemen waiting with us were also very upset about the amount of time it was taking. Didn't get the inspection checklist either, makes me wonder if the even bothered to check things out. VERY dissatisfied.
Found a great deal, service was great, got more than kbb on trade in. However, I didn't get an owners manual with my vehicle that I purchased. I called back down and spoke to the salesman about getting one and he said he would call me back. That was in August. I've never heard from him and I still don't have an owners manual.
