I went into the used car dealership at Koon's with a limited budget. Steve found a great buy for me and I was able to get my "new to me" Toyota Corolla on the road that evening. Great service with no pressure. We will be back in the future for more cars.
Bought my 1st Toyota a 2012 Sienna Saturday. Took my 2005 Hilander in for oil change. Malcolm was very polite and asked if I wanted my tires rotated. It was due anyway so I opted to do it. After tires rotated found out I needed an alignment as well. So, I opted for that to help save my tires. Also found out a rod was almost shot. That one needs to be put off for now. Was satisfied with the services on my Highlander and am confident they will keep an eye on my vehicle. Thank you Koons Toyota Service for a job well done.
Was thrilled to get in same day for a usual maintenance (oil change). Realized after the fact that I forgot to mention my "birthday coupon" prior to the service, and didn't have the coupon with me, but no worries - one of the staff walking through re-printed my bill with the discount without me even having to plead my case. Thanks very much for the kindness!!!
Worst place ever if you need a car or get service go somewhere else was here almost 4 hour to get a rim changed after they broke a valve stem, lug nut later and saying they can't guarantee they were going to fix it when they broke it I was finally out of there
Never bought a vehicle from a car dealership before and will never buy from a Koons Used or Koons New lot. My Used Jeep Grand Cherokee upon purchasing it did not have a jack and the driver rear rim had a dent and crack around the bead of the tire. I was told that Koons was going to order a used rim and a Chrysler. After no phone calls were not returned we had to threaten them with a lawyer and a copy of Inspection laws to get a new/used rim.
