From start to finish, the staff was courteous, knowledgeable & friendly. The shuttle driver dropped me off at one of my favorite coffee stops so I could get my morning fix then took me to my location of choice. Great service, great job!
Just bought a 2015 Corolla S from Borroks at Koons Toyota in Westminster MD. Nothing but the best service and most pleasant experience we've ever had purchasing a car at a dealership. Brooks and the finance staff were super nice and professional, had the exact car ready that I was looking for, had the paperwork ready (as possible), gave me a great deal and made the process generally painless, I would even say it was pleasurable (a first for me when buying a car.). Jacob Baadte was absolutely awesome in helping me find exactly the right car for me. I had pretty specific wants/needs and they had it on the lot. Demetri in the finance department also did a great job explaining what I was buying more then just the car. He made that part of the process easy and pain free as well. Great team. Solid customer for life.

Koons Service Department has always been a great place to take your vehicle for any repair. All the employees are informative and have a very professional personality. The Service Writer Todd Eckard did a excellent job in advising on my vehicle.
