Walked in with pre-approval in hand from my bank, but Koons got me a significantly better deal, even with no cash down, and a low-value trade-in. Walked out with a 2014 Certified Pre-Owned Explorer XLT w/ 11K miles for my wife, who was thrilled. Easy deal, no issues.
Just bought an Escape Titanium with all of the options we wanted. Koons made this the best car buying experience we've ever experienced! The car we wanted was inspected and detailed to perfection, ready to go when we arrived to test drive it. Our salesman, Mark Hunter, went the extra mile when he bought the car we wanted from New Jersey, for the price we requested. He and rest of the staff were very pleasant and professional.
