After 3 years , I still love my Mustang and I really like he service at Koons Sterling. They promised the car would be done in under 1.5 hours and I waited in their clean and comfortable waiting room. The car was done in less than 1 hour! Just bought a new 2017 Fusion Hybrid in the new Platinum trim level. This is our third Fusion Hybrid and the best yet! Steve Arnold (sales) and Anthony Southern (finance) were great--no pressure, no trying to upsell us, just good, solid customer service like we've experienced here since our first purchase in 2003.
