I had never heard of Koons Sterling before this purchase. I live in Georgia and accidently found them on the web. Ethan G. listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and found it for me. The pricing made the trip up there worth it. Ethan picked me from the airport, had the vehicle ready to go, signed the paperwork and was out of there in about an hour and forty-five minutes. The best car buying experience I have ever had.
I traveled over five hours to buy my car at this dealership. Customer service and their low prices are what swayed me to come all the way up from NC. They have the largest selection of Mustangs I've ever seen and had exactly what I wanted. My sales associate Alex was great and had me in and out with my new mustang in what seemed like under an hour. They have plenty of Mustangs in stock from the V6 to GT350s... Thanks guys

Did exactly what was promised on Friday. Nice people to deal with, didn't try to do anything not on the work order or say there was a big problem that they discovered while working on the car. Haven't had to take any car to a dealership for any kind of service in many years and about fell over yesterday when i was told what it would cost to have this work performed. But it was exactly the cost quoted and not a penny more! I will be back and if the time ever come for a new vehicle ,well...
Love my Sterling Ford! I have recommended 2 other friends to them who have also purchased new cars. Service department is timely and responsive. Was raining when I picked up my car and the manager pulled it into the garage for me since I didn't have my umbrella. Above and beyond. I went there to buy a new Escape. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the salesman, Matthew Steedly, was very eager to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in the car and followed up a couple of days later to make sure I was happy. I love my new car. Thanks a bunch!
