I have been a customer of Koons Sterling Ford since 1988. I have referred seven people (including one of my sisters) who all purchased and had great experiences here. I will always be loyal. I walked around for 35 minutes and no one approached me. That's not a good crust impression. Incidentally, I found a Ford flex that I liked.
This place is great! Everyone was friendly and willing to work with me while purchasing my very first car. They even went to Delaware to get the mustang I wanted, I couldn't be more satisfied and I'm so glad they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

I'm updating because I just got a voicemail from the service manager, John, and he is working hard to correct an unfortunate situation. Absolutely terrific sales experience. Our salesman, Matt, was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We arrived late in the day due to a work commitment, but even though it was going to be late, we were never rushed. I had numbers in mind that I would accept and we quickly reached agreement on our trade and purchase price. Financing was quick and easy and they were able to beat my pre-approved bank rate. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with the service at this location - had a seatbelt and an electric outlet issue - and they replaced both at no charge, along with my state inspection. Laurel was fantastic!!
