Totally a fantastic dealership with the best salesman ever.... Yannick Ernsting. He was so thorough and patient with us, he actually listened to what we said. The outcome was just so satisfying. The service is excellent have never been treated so well. Highly recommend him and dealership.
Wow! This motto of Koons Ford describes perfectly my experiences each and every visit. Here, at last, we have a "gold standard" for dealership service. Ford Motor Company should come and observe; thus, they could learn a model of the service which will help brand loyalty.
This was by far the best car buying experience. I told Ethan the sales guy what I was looking for and not looking for and he kept it within those guidelines. My husband and I drove a small distance to see the cars and loved that they stayed open late. We kept them there past their opening hours and they never once seemed annoyed. I was interested in buying a new car, and was initially helped out by Yannick. We had an awesome experience and Yannick was friendly, knowledgeable, and all about saving me money. On the day of purchase Yannick unfortunately was tied up, but I had the pleasure of working with Matt Steedly - this guy is also awesome. Really friendly and personable. Every time I visit Koons Ford of Sterling for service I am immediately wowed by Laurel O’Connor and her incredible staff of highly trained associates. It is very rare that i find staff that are people/customer trained but to my surprise they are this includes patience an extremely high attention to detail and the utmost knowledge in all aspects of service.
