Sterling Koons Ford Service Department is absolutely the best. We had a BMW and thought the service at the BMW place was incredible but after taking my F-150 today for it's scheduled service to Koons Ford Service Department I am convinced Sterling Ford service Department tops the BMW service department! I came in last Saturday looking specifically for a performance pack 2 mustang and they didn't have any. I decided to set up a test drive later in the week with a lower model to see how I like the car. Sterling Ford came through with my purchase. The sales rep listened to what we were looking for and did not try to sell us something we didn't want or need. We were not pressured into make a purchase we were not happy with. With all the questions we had we got the right answer, customer care is above 100%.
