Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Never again
I bought my first car today from Koons and it was a great and pleasant experience. Greg Williams was a very nice and honest car salesman and took the time to show me everything and get me acclimated with my new car before I left. JC in finance was also great! I would highly recommend buying a car from this place. I am in LOVE with my new escape!
Honest, reliable, and get work done. I had a truck break down and towed to the closest Ford dealership. Unluckily for me, it was a Sheehy dealership. Richard at the service desk told me it was a $750 diagnostic fee or I could come pick up the truck. I called Joey at Koons, and my man gets stuff done. He gave me his best guess over the phone and turns out he was 100% right. I got the truck towed to him, and his mechanic got it finished in one day for less than the "diagnostic fee" that Sheehy was wanting to charge.
We loved our experience with Koons Sterling Ford. We worked with Will Lewis and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We found our dream vehicle and worked out an amazing deal!!! After making our choice, Will helped us to learn everything about the vehicle before leaving the lot. We definitely recommend Koons Sterling Ford for anyone looking for a great vehicle with great customer service and options!

I used to work a Koons Sterling Ford. I worked with Jon Walker. He was a cool guy. I was one of their greatest salesmen. I sold myself a truck and was so good I packaged myself. It was hard to get me approved for a lone because at the time I was a drek, but I worked with me and found a way. I actually just sold that truck last year and bought my wife a new car and used the skills I learned from Koons to get a great deal. Thanks Koons. Good times.
Drove all the way from Fort Drum, NY to buy a 2018 Fusion here on behalf of my older brother, who was returning from an overseas deployment with the AF. The car was priced very fairly, and their sales team really went out of their way to make the deal happen.
